  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your full payment card details.
  • In case of any pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, sizes, and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing.
  • All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product shown will always be in stock.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Your order placement is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
  • We will notify you via email once your order is accepted and confirmed.
  • We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping partner.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delays due to weather, logistics issues, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items (intimate wear, customized products, or final-sale items) are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased in the relevant order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Fatakha shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
